Katsuobushi, which is famous as a special product of Yamakawa, Ibusuki City, especially Honkarebushi, which accounts for 70% of the national market, is also a gem that has been nurtured by encounters unique to a port town.
Ibusuki bonito, which is indispensable of Japanese food and dashi culture, is now getting famous not only in Japan, but also in the world.
After the dried bonito manufacturing factory tour, you will experience how to make a chabushi by shaving the dried bonito yourself.
You can enjoy the taste of the original dried bonito!
