Purchase Notice
- Since the new Korean passport does not show the ID number, please provide a Korean ID card or Korean driver's license to activate the card.
- If you enter the country with a short-term visit visa (C-3), you will not be able to activate this product. Please refer to this website product.
- When ordering, please use the English name on your passport for the orderer's information. At the same time, the on-site opening time will take about 15 minutes (depending on the number of people waiting on site).
- Since the Korea News Agency requires minors with Korean nationality to be accompanied by their parents to apply for a phone number, Korean nationals under 19 years old cannot apply alone on site. Please note before placing a reservation (there is no such restriction for travelers of other nationalities).

If your mobile phone is purchased from a Japanese/American/Canadian mobile phone telecommunications company, you must first apply to the local supplier to unlock it before it can be used normally.
Korean real-name authentication is only applicable to passengers who activate the card with a foreigner registration card. If you use a foreigner registration card to open a SIM card, the use period can be extended until the validity period of the registration card.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
