    -What you can expect-
    The experience will start from Bari, with a pickup from the city station or from your accommodation with an eight-seat van. From here you'll reach Matera, city of the Sassi, European Capital of Culture 2019 and important UNESCO site.

    A driver will accompany you to Matera. Once arrived, you'll meet your local guide. There will be a short stop in piazza San Francesco, in front of the Church. You'll reach the highest point of the city, the Civita, located in front of the Cathedral.

    You'll follow a panoramic road composed of narrow streets and winding alleys to reach via dei Fiorentini. Then, you'll visit the Church of Sant’Antonio Abate. Not only, but you'll also enter a traditionally furnished Cave House, before continuing towards Via Madonna delle Virtù and "Pert P'stèl" (Porta Pistoia).You'll learn more about the background of the Church of San Pietro Caveoso from the tour guide. You'll gain knowledge about regional craftsmanship. After that, you'll arrive at Piazzetta Pascoli, which has a view of the Sassi.

    You'll have some free time for lunch at your leisure, then you'll return to Bari.
