- All guests ages 3 and up require an entry ticket. Proof of age (e.g. passport) is required
- Guests ages 2 and under will need a complimentary children’s ticket to enter. Please note that complimentary child tickets must be reserved at the time the rest of your party is booked
- Once guests are inside the Exhibition, they may not re-enter
- Due to restrictions within the venue, strollers are not permitted inside the New York City exhibition
- The exhibition is self-guided, and guests should expect to spend 60-90 minutes exploring
- Once an order has been confirmed, requests for changes or cancellations will not be granted. Please double-check the date, number of travelers, and ticket type before finalizing your order
