— Reservation Method —
1. After a successful reservation, you will receive a redemption QR code. Please add the designated WeChat account (scan the QR code or directly add WeChat: a18928069312) to make a second reservation. Reservations must be made at least one day in advance. Same-day reservations will not be accepted.
2. When making a reservation, please provide the following information: "KKday order number + actual date of use + number of people + number of vehicles + pick-up and drop-off location" (for airport transfers, you will also need to provide your arrival or departure flight number). The supplier reserves the right to request a redemption code for reservation verification. Once the reservation is successfully made, the supplier will redeem the voucher for the customer, and no refunds or changes will be made thereafter.
3. Validity: This offer is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. It will be void after expiration. Additional fees apply on public holidays: December 31, 2025; January 1, 2026; and February 15–23, 2026.
4. If you do not redeem the coupon within the specified date, you will be deemed to have automatically forfeited the offer and it will be invalid after the expiration date.
5. Blackout dates: Macau holidays and designated public holidays are not applicable. All details are subject to the supplier’s reply at the time of booking.

- If you need to use a child safety seat, there is no charge for guests who bring their own. If you need a child safety seat provided by a supplier, an additional charge of HK$533 per seat per day will be applied. The child safety seat cannot be removed from the vehicle and placed in another vehicle without permission. The price is for reference only. Please contact KKday customer service to purchase it.
- Inclement Weather Arrangements: Typhoon Signal No. 3 or below / Red Rainstorm Warning: Pickup and drop-off services will continue as normal, but there may be traffic congestion and delays. Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning: Services must be suspended immediately to protect the safety of our drivers and passengers. Transfers will be rescheduled individually.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
