1. Activity Location: The Mills

2. Customers visit the event location and present the QR code from the confirmation email issued by KKday (the “E-Coupon” & "Gift Redemption Voucher"). All QR codes will be scanned to complete the redemption process.

3. The date, time, venue, number of attendees and structure of the Activity may be changed or the Activity may be cancelled for any reason without prior notice or compensation. Please pay attention to any notices on the Facebook or Instagram page of AIRSIDE or at the relevant venue.

4. The Activity is subject to these terms and conditions and other applicable terms and conditions.

5. Each E-Coupon & gift redemption voucher is only valid for redemption within the specified validity period listed on the voucher. For product(s) which has/ have not been collected during the Redemption Period, the Customer will be deemed to have given up his/ her right for redemption. No refund will be made under such circumstances.

6. Participants must be aged 12 or above. Participants aged 3 to 12 must be accompanied by one (1) parent or legal guardian over the age of 18.

7. The Activity and all related services, props and installations are organized/provided by third-party organizer(s). Nan Fung and/or its affiliates give no guarantee or warranty in relation to the Activity (including any items, relevant materials and services) and shall have no liability in any event for any loss or damage related to any aspect thereof. 9. Customers must be NF Touch members to redeem or use the E-Coupons. Please follow the instructions on the confirmation email issued by KKday to register as an NF Touch member (if not yet a member) and redeem the E-Coupons. E-Coupons will be added to the NF Touch member’s wallet in the NF Touch Mobile App instantly upon successful redemption.

10. One E-Coupon can be used when the NF Touch member carries out a single transaction of HK$50 or more at a designated participating merchant at The Mills. Please refer to the “List of Participating Merchants” indicated on the E-Coupon. A maximum of 5 electronic coupons can be used per transaction.

11. The E-Coupons will expire on 14 September 2025 and will not be re-issued in the event of expiry.
