  1. Please select your desired date and tee time to book.
  2. ■ Bookings are available for 2 or more people on weekdays, and 3 or more people on weekends and public holidays.
    - When booking, please enter the English names as they appear on the passports of all participants. 

  3. After your booking request is received, we will check real-time tee time availability at the golf course to finalize your reservation as follows.

     🔴 If your selected tee time is available
        👉 The final booking for the golf tee time will be processed, and the following cancellation fees will apply according to the golf course's policy.
              (Please keep this in mind when booking.)

     🔵 If your selected tee time is unavailable
       👉 We will provide information on available tee times via text message or KakaoTalk notification.
       👉 If you wish to use the newly suggested tee time, please provide confirmation within 10 minutes.
            (As this is a real-time booking, responses after 10 minutes may result in the booking being unavailable.)
        👉 Once you confirm the golf tee time, the final reservation will be processed, and cancellation fees will apply thereafter.
           (If you do not wish to proceed, please request a cancellation. It will be canceled without any cancellation fees.)

  • This booking is for 18 holes.
  • The minimum number of people to book is 2. (For weekends and public holidays, only bookings of 3 or more people are accepted.)
  • For 2-person rounds, you may be paired with another team; we cannot guarantee a private 2-person round.
  • Please enter the English names as they appear on the passports of all participants when booking. 
  • After booking, tee time confirmation and customer support will be provided in Korean (for Korean nationals) or English (for other nationalities).
  • The tee times provided are based on real-time availability. You must confirm your booking within 10 minutes to finalize the reservation.
  • Please check in 30 minutes before your scheduled tee time.
  • You can use the service by presenting your voucher and confirming your English name at the golf course check-in counter.
  • Please write your English name on your golf bag name tag before departure.
  • If you wish to play additional rounds, you may inquire at the golf course check-in counter and pay individually.
  • Not included items such as carts (mandatory 1 cart for 2 people) and caddies (mandatory 1 caddie per person) must be paid for on-site. (Rates are subject to change based on local conditions.)
  • The golf course used may be subject to change depending on local conditions on the day of use.
  • Due to golf course operating policies and local conditions, booked tee times may be changed, advanced, or delayed without prior notice. Refunds and cancellations due to these changes are not permitted.
  • If you are unable to complete your round due to personal reasons, refunds and rescheduling are not available. 


[Cancellation and Refund Policy] 

  • Business days for cancellation and refund processing: Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00. Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Cancellations made outside of business hours will be processed based on the next business day for cancellation fee application.
  • We act as a booking intermediary for golf reservation services; the golf course provider is responsible for the golf services provided.


[Information Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters]

  • Golf courses generally continue operations even when it rains. 
  • In most cases, squalls are temporary, and play continues after waiting out the rain. Therefore, unlike in Korea, advance cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not available. 
  • Please ensure you arrive at the course and follow the specific operating policies of each golf course (e.g., rain vouchers, etc.).

Surcharge(s)

- Cart fee (2 people per cart, paid on-site): PHP 1,000 per cart
- Caddie fee (1 person per caddie, paid on-site): PHP 700 per caddie
- Insurance (mandatory): PHP 300 per person

Reminders

  • A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 5 day(s) before the departure date
