- This itinerary provides two packages conducted in English and Japanese. Your selection of package must match the "Guide Language Preference" upon checkout. If these two selections are not aligned, the tour you join will be based on your selection of the package. Please note that no refund nor compensation will provide to you should you fail to select your preferred package
- On Saturday, only Japanese tour is available. If you require English tour, please select the tour which departs on Tuesday and Wednesday
- Considering the extended periods of travel by vehicle, please do access your physical conditions before making a reservation
- Each traveler is allowed to carry only one piece of carry-on baggage or a backpack (large suitcases and luggage, including carry-on-sized items, are not allowed)
- Due to limited baggage space, each traveler's personal baggage must be small enough to be held on their lap. Please refrain from bringing large suitcases
- Children under 2 years old are not allowed to participate in the tour. Children are charged at the same price as adults regardless of age
- Travelers below 18 years old must be accompanied by at least one adult at all times
- To request a car seat, please inform customer service when booking to ensure advance arrangements. Failing to do so may result in denied participation without refunds
- Please arrive at the designated meeting point promptly, as the bus will depart on time. Refunds will not be granted to late arrivals
- When making a reservation, please provide a reachable phone number while you're traveling, and we strongly advise obtaining a mobile SIM card with both internet and calling capabilities for emergencies
- The itinerary is for reference purposes only. In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to attraction closure due to holidays, unforeseen circumstances, adverse traffic, or weather conditions, the local tour company reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary and may do so without prior notice or compensation
- No refunds or compensation will be provided to travelers who leave the tour or miss it entirely due to personal reasons, such as lacking travel documents, arriving late, sickness, or accidents
- Arrival time at the hotel may be delayed due to traffic conditions, and no refund will be issued in such cases
- The itinerary may change on the day of the tour depending on weather and congestion, and no refunds will be issued in such cases
- Please note that there will be no tour guide between Los Angeles/Anaheim and Las Vegas (only driver)

A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 22:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Heart disease, Pregnant women
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Travelers will receive an email to confirm details for pick-up time and location and refer to the latest info on the email. Please keep an eye on the email address you use while booking and check your inbox or spam folders to make sure you receive the email
Travelers must present ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification. Please make sure you carry the aforementioned documents with you on the day of the visit
Please refrain from joining the tour if you are prone to car sickness, if you are pregnant, or if your child wears diapers or is not toilet-trained for the long-distance overland trip
In the event of force majeure (e.g. weather, transportation, equipment failure, strike) resulting in tour delays that cause travelers inconvenience or lead to travelers paying extra fees for transportation not included in this tour, refunds or compensation will not be offered
Antelope is one of the most famous photography sites, please follow their rules: no picture taking on the stairs; follow the Navajo tour guide at all times; do not write on the canyon walls; do not litter; do not bring a tripod; do not climb the rocks. If you fail to follow these rules you will be sent back to the car, refunds will not be provided
Please do not bring the following items when entering Antelope Canyon: any bag/backpack, selfie sticks, tripods, strollers, drones, pets, etc
