Children (0-2) are free of charge, but this does not include seats
While not mandatory, it is recommended to purchase accident/travel insurance before joining this activity.

Due to the safety and equipment size issue, ski option is only available for children over 7 years old.
Please check the availability of child equipment sizes before making a reservation.
It can be challenging for children to practice with others in the skiing area. Special attention to safety is required.
If customers choose option C or D, the cost of the meal is included, and they can choose between lunch at the lounge and happy hour options.
For customers who have purchased option C or D, those wishing to use the Blue Canyon are recommended to bring their own swimsuits. Purchasing swimsuits on-site is also available.
Customers in need of gloves, protectors, goggles, and helmets can purchase or rent them on-site at their own expense.
The operation period is subject to potential changes based on winter weather conditions.
⚠️ All the itineraries of our company do not include personal travel insurance. There are certain risks and dangers in outdoor activities. Guests must evaluate their own health or ability. The company will not be responsible for any physical damage or casualty caused by accidents or unpredictable factors.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
