Did you eat a full dinner?
We usually eat our fill and often leave some food behind. We also hope not to waste food. However, sometimes you or your friends are really big eaters, or they want to eat until they are full. We may not be able to satisfy them!
Am I physically fit enough?
The hiking or beginner mountain climbing activities we arrange are achievable for the average healthy person. Even if you are not physically fit enough to complete the activities within the allotted time, don't worry. The most important thing is to enjoy yourself in nature.
If I bring children, can the children participate?
Yes, we have had guests bring infants before. Regardless of the child's age, please be aware of the following: You are responsible for the child's safety, and ensure the child's volume at night will not disturb other guests. If you are concerned that the child may not tolerate the food well, please inform us. Please assist the child with meals during dinner and breakfast.
7. Do you provide child seats?
In addition to chartered tours, extra fees will be charged for the preparation of child seats. For other individual tours, you need to bring your own child seat, and the child seat will occupy one seat. You will still need to pay the transportation fee.
Are there showers available at the campsite?

Will sleeping mats be provided?
Yes, except for Smangus, the campsite itself has thick mats, so we won't provide extra ones. However, we only provide foldable eggshell sleeping mats for outdoor hiking. If you need an inflatable sleeping mat, you will need to bring your own.
Will the event be canceled if it rains?
Unless there is a typhoon or a heavy rain warning from the southwest monsoon, light rain, afternoon thunderstorms, cloudy skies with brief showers, or rain during the event will not result in the cancellation of the entire trip; only the itinerary will be adjusted.
Can you arrange for me and my friend to share the same account?
Yes, we have five-person and three-person tents, so two friends can share a tent, or three, four, or five friends can share a tent. However, the number of four- and five-person tents is limited, so please notify us in advance if you need to share a tent. If there are not enough tents, we will split the friends into two or three people per tent.
What equipment do I need to bring or prepare in advance?

- For cancellations made at least 11 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 6 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 90% will apply
