Drunk driving
If you violate the Road Traffic Act, such as speeding or exceeding the capacity limit
If someone other than the contract holder is riding the scooter
If a violation of the rental terms and conditions is confirmed

The amount to be paid by customers in the event of an accident, whether or not they are enrolled in the vehicle insurance exemption compensation system:

If you cause an accident [Not enrolled], you will be required to pay the full amount of vehicle damage plus NOC JP¥20,000 or JP¥50,000
