Days Calculation Method: After arriving in the tourist country, data roaming is enabled and a network connection is successfully established. The day is calculated using Taiwan time (GMT+8) calendar. One day is counted after midnight (00:00) Taiwan time, not a 24-hour clock.
Before installing the eSIM, please ensure you are connected to a working Wi-Fi or mobile network. Then, scan the QR code to join the mobile plan. The eSIM can be installed before arriving in your travel destination and activated upon arrival.
Please follow the instructions for installation. Do not exit the installation process during the process, otherwise your phone may mistakenly delete the eSIM plan.
A QR code can only be scanned once with one mobile phone and cannot be changed after binding
If an error message is displayed after scanning, it does not mean that esim is invalid. Please restart your phone and go to the mobile service page to check whether esim has been bound to your phone, or contact customer service for assistance. Do not scan other QR codes without authorization to cause repeated binding and esim invalidation.
An unscanned eSIM can be retained for 180 days; once scanned, it must be activated within 30 days, otherwise it will automatically expire and cannot be refunded or extended.
Please delete the description file on iPhone (check steps: Settings -> General -> Device Management, scroll to the bottom, if there is no description file, it means it is normal) to avoid problems with smooth use.
If the eSIM plan is not fully used or the plan is deleted without the approval of the customer service staff, no reissue or refund will be made.
Telecommunications network quality varies from country to country, and base station coverage is not as dense as in Taiwan. Each country has its own regional and telecommunications infrastructure differences, therefore refunds cannot be requested due to signal conditions in a few areas. If you encounter poor signal, you can manually switch telecommunications providers. To switch providers: Network Selection/Telecommunications Provider > Auto-Off > Search will provide different telecommunications providers to choose from.
This product uses an international roaming IP address. Some apps on Android phones may not work due to IP location restrictions (e.g., TikTok, Douyin, Alipay, Gaode Maps, Meituan, Mini Programs, etc.).
If you cannot use it when you arrive at your destination, please contact LINE customer service. We cannot provide after-sales service after you return home.
