If you cannot accept that the itinerary may change for any reason, please do not participate.
If you do not want the photos taken during the trip to appear on the Internet, please inform the instructor who took the photos on site.
A Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) experience primarily involves paddling while standing on the board, emphasizing balance and core strength, offering an open field of vision. Canoeing, on the other hand, is done in a seated position, usually operated by two people, offering higher stability and requiring less effort. Both allow for easy exploration of the calm waters of the Wenshan River, providing different kinds of fun and ways to experience it.
It is recommended to wear lightweight, quick-drying clothing and prepare a change of clothes and a towel. For sun protection, consider a hat and sunglasses, and apply sunscreen. For your feet, water-friendly shoes or sandals are recommended to ensure comfort and safety during water activities. Avoid wearing cotton clothing as it becomes heavy and dries slowly when wet.
