Transportation will be by subway, bus and cable car using the TCL 24-hour ticket. If you wish, you can also use a taxi, but the fare will be at your own expense.
Pick-up is available for addresses in the 1st to 8th arrondissements of Lyon (zip codes: 69001 to 69008) from your hotel or any other location of your choice (it is also possible to start or finish from the train station or the tourist information center at Place Bellecour). If you wish to start or finish at a hotel outside the 1st to 8th arrondissements of Lyon, an additional fee of 65€ one way will be charged.
Please note that the itinerary may change depending on the market or the store where the tasting is scheduled.

We will try to accommodate requests to change the departure time or extend the end time as much as possible, so please contact us in advance. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 15 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
