Once you receive the itinerary confirmation, the reservation is completed. Please go to experience it on the date and time specified in the purchase. Show your voucher on-site and tell the counter staff the "six-digit redemption code" to complete the check-in procedure. No additional phone reservation is required. Please be informed.
Each order has one opportunity to change the time. You can contact KKday customer service staff to apply for it 3 days before the original reservation time. Overdue will not be accepted; if there is a price difference between the time changes, no refund will be made. Once the order is confirmed, it means that you agree to the refund policy of this platform and the service provider, please be informed.
This is an all-you-can-eat plan for one person. Please choose the number of servings according to the actual number of people. It cannot be shared with others. If the number of people in the experience exceeds the number of people scheduled, an additional person must be added on site.
This plan does not accept on-site additional purchases. To avoid affecting your dining experience, please make a reservation in advance and use it at the reservation time.
