If you are traveling with a child (under 4 years old) who needs to use a child seat, please remember to select the option to purchase a child seat. Please make your request through the chat function in the store. The installation fee of NT$250 will be paid to the driver. As the private driver needs to pick up the child seat from the Taipei headquarters and install it, it cannot be arranged for you on the same day.
If you are stopped by traffic police, a fine will be charged to you. Please be aware of this.

Pick-up and drop-off service within Taipei city limits or at a designated residential address. Remote areas will incur additional long-distance charges.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 60% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
