If you need to manually add the eSIM, please refer to the eSIM details in "Pre-departure Reminder". Copy and paste <SM-DP_Address> and <Activation Code> in the box and no need to enter the <Confirmation Code>
The eSIM activation date is not tied to the selected purchase date. Activation will begin when you first connect to the Internet at your destination
If you purchase a multi-country eSIM product, it may activate upon arrival in any of the supported countries. To avoid early activation, we recommend installing the eSIM only when you're ready to use it
Use duration calculation: 24-hour system (A 3-day data plan installed at 10:00 am on 1 Sep. will end at 9:59 am on 4 Sep.)
This eSIM must be activated within 90 days after being issued. It is recommended to activate it as soon as possible after arriving at the destination to ensure your user rights
If you encounter any issue with the eSIM but have no record of reaching out to customer service to try resolving it, refunds will not be granted as the cause of the issue was not determined
If there is device compatibility issue with the eSIM or if there are regional restrictions that lead to some applications to be unavailable, refunds will not be granted
If an error message appears when scanning the QR code, it does not necessarily mean the eSIM is invalid. Please restart your device first and go to Settings → Cellular/Mobile Service to confirm if the eSIM has been successfully added
If you install the eSIM before arriving at your destination and see prompts such as "Activating" or "Unable to Activate eSIM," please do not delete the eSIM. Please temporarily turn off the eSIM and turn it back on after arriving at your destination. If you still cannot connect after arriving, please turn on roaming, try restarting your device, or manually select a supported network
If your device has previously installed a profile, it may affect the use of the eSIM. Please go to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management, scroll to the bottom to check if there is a profile. If there is, please delete it to ensure eSIM functioning
This product uses international roaming IP. Some applications (such as TikTok, ChatGPT) may not function properly due to IP location restrictions. We apologize for any inconvenience
