Minor damages such as tears, cigarette burns, or mud stains are generally not a problem, but in the event of severe damage that makes the Hanbok unusable for rental, a repair fee may be charged: For Luxury Hanbok, 150,000 KRW for the skirt and 100,000 KRW for Jeogori(Korean traditional jacket); for Premium Hanbok, 250,000 KRW for the skirt and 150,000 KRW for Jeogori. However, such cases do not occur often.
For Luxury Hanbok rentals, a late fee of 1,000 KRW per 10 minutes will be charged if returned late (the fee increases to 3,000 KRW per 10 minutes after 6:00 PM)
For Premium Hanbok rentals, a late fee of 2,000 KRW per 10 minutes will be charged if returned late (the fee increases to 5,000 KRW per 10 minutes after 6:00 PM)
Refunds are not possible even if you change to a different Hanbok on-site.
The photo shoot service must be purchased separately from the main product and does not include Hanbok rental.
