- When placing your order, please provide contact information (LINE, WhatsApp, WeChat, or KakaoTalk). Ensure that you enable the option to add friends using ID and confirm that you can receive messages, so the operator can reach you
- Children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat can participate in the tour for free; however, this does not cover any additional fees
- For safety reasons, only participants aged 6 and older are allowed to ski
- The itinerary offers "single board" or "double board" ski equipment. Please specify the preferred equipment in the Requests & Remarks section when booking, as changes cannot be made after confirmation
- The minimum size for children's ski equipment is 20 cm, while the maximum size for adult ski equipment is 30 cm (measured by the length of the foot)
- According to the internal regulations of Jisan Ski Resort, ski equipment can only be rented on-site; personal equipment is not permitted. If these regulations are violated, ski resort staff have the right to deny access. The rental prices for helmets and goggles are KRW15,000 each, and gloves are also KRW15,000
Reminders
A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Heart disease, Acrophobia, Asthma, Epilepsy, Pregnant women
Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before departure. Passengers arriving after departure time will be deemed to have automatically canceled the trip and the fees will not be refunded
The itinerary route and time may change due to traffic conditions or other factors on the day
This trip does not include personal insurance. It is recommended to purchase travel insurance before going abroad to protect your own safety
For safety reasons, only passengers aged 6 and above can experience skiing
Please pay attention to the management of personal belongings. The company is not responsible for any losses that may occur during travel
Please pay special attention to the safety of children while skiing at the resort, especially when traveling with parents
All travel itineraries do not include personal travel insurance. Outdoor activities involve specific risks and hazards. Guests must assess their own health and abilities. The company is not responsible for any physical damage or injury resulting from accidental or unforeseen factors
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
