Age limit for this activity (over 10 years old, under 65 years old). Those under 18 years old must provide guardian consent document or guardian’s presence {written information on A4 paper: parent’s name/ID card number/contact number/agree that so-and-so participates in this event}
People with the following diseases are not suitable to participate in this activity and please do not place an order: hyperthyroidism, high blood pressure, fear of heights, asthma, epilepsy, pregnant women, cardiopulmonary disease (abnormal) and those mentioned in the consent form for diving experience and items, if you are notified of the above-mentioned diseases after ordering and request to cancel, the cancellation policy will apply. If you hide your physical condition while participating in the event, you will be responsible for the consequences if an accident or damage occurs after participating in the event. If you have any health concerns, please consult before registering
You are not allowed to engage in this activity after consuming alcoholic beverages on the day of the activity
Please do not touch underwater creatures such as: green sea turtles, live corals, etc. to protect the ecology
You are not allowed to fly within 12 hours after diving
Reminders
When the trip is canceled due to time delays caused by force majeure factors such as traffic and flights, please contact customer service and we will handle a partial refund for you.
In the event of bad weather conditions such as typhoons or snowstorms, it will be decided one day before departure (00:00 local time) whether the tour will be canceled. If the activity is canceled due to force majeure, please contact the merchant yourself.
Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 10~15 minutes before. To avoid delaying your subsequent itinerary, no latecomers will be allowed.
Please do not stay up late or drink alcohol the day before the experience, and maintain adequate sleep and a happy mood.
If the passenger does not meet the health standards on the day of the experience, the experience will not be possible and no refund will be given.
If the instructor determines that deep diving is not possible due to weather conditions on the day, you can reschedule for free or receive a full refund.
After the deep dive, leave your contact information to get photos in the evening. During the diving activity, try your best to find sea turtles and take photos with them (both you and the sea turtles are living bodies, not statues. The instructor will try his best to capture memories but cannot guarantee it).
Information required for insurance: name, date of birth, ID number/passport number, just fill it out on the same day.
In the event of poor visibility due to weather conditions and the inability to appreciate the sea turtles due to natural factors, no refunds will be given.
Due to marine conservation, please do not apply any makeup or sunscreen before the experience.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
