The ticket has no expiration date, but the discount is valid for 4 months from the date of purchase. If it is confirmed that it has not been used after the discount period, it can be returned.

Before using your ticket, you must call JR East Hotel Taipei | Platinum at (02) 7750-0934 to make a reservation. You can use the cooperating store confirmation number on the voucher to redeem it on site. You will get as many trust numbers on the voucher as you order.

This voucher is not valid on: January 1, 2026, February 16-19, May 9-10, December 24-25, December 31, and special event dates (unless otherwise notified).
