- Renters must be 21 years or older and show a valid ID like a driver's license or passport
- Riders must confidently operate a bicycle on public roads, following all traffic laws
- Please follow all COVID-19 prevention measures mandated by the local government, and bring your vaccination certificate
- Provide a reachable contact number during booking for smooth communication
- Arrive at the rental office 20 minutes before the scheduled time to avoid missing out. Refunds won't be given for late arrivals
- No refunds for those who return the e-bike midway due to personal reasons

- For cancellations made at least 2 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
