  2. This voucher is valid only at physical Digital City stores (excluding online shopping, department store counters, and offshore islands) and cannot be used for Apple products or certain other brands. 
  3. Multiple e-vouchers can be used in a single transaction. Goods or amounts offset by this e-voucher will not be issued a uniform invoice and cannot be exchanged for cash or change; please use the full value in one transaction.
  4. Products purchased with this voucher cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. Warranty terms are subject to the manufacturer's and Digital City's announcements.
  5. This voucher is for one-time use only. Duplicates, photocopies, or screenshots are invalid. Lost vouchers will not be reissued. Forgery will be prosecuted according to the law.

  • This electronic voucher is anonymous. Consumers must keep it safe and use it with caution. If the electronic voucher cannot be redeemed by the consumer because it has been used, the consumer will be responsible for it and no electronic serial number will be reissued. If it is lost, stolen or completely damaged, it will not be reported as lost and will not be reissued.

Voucher Redemption Period

  • Valid for redemption before 2029-12-31; Invalid after expiration

Cancellation Policy

  • Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded

  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
