This miniature grocery includes everything you'd find in a full-fledged supermarket. In the little grocery area, it has replica veggies, fruits, and food products, as well as a check-out counter with toy cash registers and fake money. Your children can have a realistic shopping experience here.

Is Booking / Reservation of a time-slot required
- For Kiztopia Club Jurong Point, booking is not required. You can walk-in any time during operating hours.
From what age onwards would a child require a paid admission ticket?
- A child from ages 1 years old to 12 years old would require a paid admission ticket for entry. Infants below 1 year old can enter for free if accompanied by a paying child.
Are there lockers available for use? if yes, are there any charges for usage?
- Complimentary lockers are available for use in our premises. You may approach our friendly staff for any further assistance.
Can food and drinks be consumed within the premises
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed to be consumed within the premises. Exceptions would be given for baby formula and milk.
Are strollers/prams allowed to be brought in or is there a space to place them?
- Strollers and prams can be brought in. However, they have to be parked at designated spaces in the premises.
What should we prepare for our visit to Kiztopia
- Anti-slip socks are required for admission into the parks. Long-sleeved t-shirt and long pants are also recommended for your visit to Kiztopia.
Reminders
Each ticket admits 1 Participant and 1 Adult. Entries are for single admittance only. No exchanging of Adult is allowed.
Adult supervision is required at all times for Participants aged 12 and below.
All guests must be in good health before entering KIZTOPIA and comply with any public health directive as may be in force from time to time. The management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who appears to be unwell.
All visitors are required to adhere to all rules and restrictions as stated by KIZTOPIA staff and as stated on every facility in KIZTOPIA.
As climbing, sliding, jumping and other physical activities are involved, we strongly recommend the use of long sleeves and jeans/pants to avoid potential abrasion.
For hygiene and safety purposes, it is mandatory for all visitors to wear socks at all times within the premises. Visitors are not to be barefoot and no shoes are allowed in the premises. The use of non-slip socks are required for all Participants under the age of 12. The management reserves the right to refuse entry if no non-slip socks are used.
Non-slip socks are available for purchase at the reception counter.
You may keep your footwear in the designated areas provided. Slippers will be provided for restroom visits.
If you choose to use any locker or storage facilities offered by us, we do not recommend storing any valuables there.
All strollers must be folded before putting into our designated storage area. No strollers / prams / travel systems are allowed in any of our play areas.
We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to property stored in any locker or storage facilities or area at our venue (whether arising from our negligence or otherwise).
To avoid any contamination and other risk exposure, outside food and beverages are strictly not allowed except for baby formulas. No food and drinks are allowed within the play areas.
KIZTOPIA strives to keep our premises as clean and comfortable for all. We reserve the right to impose clean-up and sanitization charges for incidents such as vomiting, spillage, urine and leaks. We seek your cooperation in cleaning up after yourself or your child.
We do not condone bullying, discriminatory and violent behaviour. Anyone who displays discriminatory or aggressive behaviour or uses harsh or abusive language within the premises will be asked to leave the premises and if the situation warrants it reported to the police.
Any damage caused to the facilities through bad, unruly behaviour or misuse of the facilities will be claimed against you. You are to use the facilities as instructed and shall in no way cause any damage to the same.
In the event of any mishap or accident, please report it to the nearest staff at sight so that immediate assistance could be rendered by our certified first-aiders who are on duty.
We reserve the right to alter our operations hours, shorten and/or halt playtime or revise the rules and regulations whenever necessary and without prior notice. We may from time to time have to close our premises (or certain areas of the premises). We will endeavour to provide you with as much notice of any such closures as possible. For the avoidance of doubt we are not obliged to compensate members for any closures.
We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove any of these House Rules at any given time without any prior notice.

- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
