The chilled seafood station offers lobster, snow crab and more, while Asian hot dishes include braised abalone with shiitake mushrooms and steamed grouper. This SAVVY menu brings together a wide range of international dishes, led by Western classics such as grilled Australian sirloin, plus Indian lamb or butter chicken curry, Japanese grilled sea bass and sashimi rice bowl sets, Thai stir-fried rice noodles and green curry, Korean bibimbap and pork belly, and Chinese favourites such as sweet and sour pork and rose wine soy sauce chicken. You can also add the signature "siphon" tom yum goong with king prawns.
