One-day group tours have limits on the number of people in the group and the group is full. If you are unable to join the group, you will be notified three days before the departure date. If the group is full, you will be asked whether to reschedule or cancel.
Please gather on time within the specified time and keep your mobile phone open for easy communication. No refunds will be issued for latecomers or no-shows.
The itinerary involves a lot of walking and climbing stairs, so please make sure you have enough physical strength to participate.
This activity is not suitable for strollers and wheelchairs.
In order to make the journey more complete, if there are elders over 70 years old or people with physical or mental disabilities or mobility difficulties, they must be accompanied by an accompanying person, otherwise the company has the right to refuse the passenger to get on the bus.
If the tour is unable to go out due to bad weather, typhoons, earthquakes, natural disasters or force majeure on the day of departure, the organizer has the right to cancel the itinerary and notify the tour no later than 2 hours before departure.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse boarding of passengers who may affect safety or group operations.
If the passenger fails to travel with the group due to personal factors or behavior during the itinerary and causes losses (for example, being unable to return with the group), the company will not provide refunds.
Other unspecified matters will comply with the provisions of the "Domestic Individual Tourism Standardized Contract" issued by the Tourism Bureau.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
