The famous Sydney Magistic Two is an official vessel in the NYE Harbour of Light Parade on Sydney Harbour. As part of this special parade, the Sydney Magistic New Year's Eve cruise is given access inside the harbour exclusion zone for the best views of both the 9pm and midnight fireworks.

- Kindly note that all odd-numbered bookings (3, 5, 7, 9, etc.) will be seated at shared tables and shared meals with others, subject to the cruise director's discretion
- The seating arrangements on board various cruises are planned by the cruise directors well in advance
- Tickets are non-refundable nor transferable
- For any dietary requests (e.g. gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free), please make your own decisions on selecting meals. Comments made by the staff are only to inform travelers when they are making a decision. The staff will not be able to accept any substitutions or modifications of menus

Please arrive at the designated location 60 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Please exchange your New Year's Eve cruise ticket at King Street Wharf 5 Australian Cruise Group office (boarding point) prior to departure. The boarding pass will be available for collection from 12pm on the 31st December, please arrive a minimum of 1 hour prior to the scheduled boarding time
Passengers that fail to arrive before the meeting time will be classed as no-show without any refund
No refund will be provided if you are refused entry due to being inappropriately dressed for the occasion. Minimum dress code for the New Year's Cruise is semi-formal. Men are requested to wear collared shirts. Women are encouraged to dress up and wear a dress or other formal attire. Strictly no shorts, singlets, thongs, beach wear, sneakers, or other casual attire is permitted. You may be refused entry at the discretion of the Cruise Director and or the Captain.
Travelers are strictly not allowed to bring their own alcohol, food, or illicit drugs on board
Please refer to the most recent NSW government NYE guidelines in relation to access to the Sydney CBD, transport, and other requirements
Sydney Harbour has very strict marine pollution (MARPOL) regulations. Please do not throw any objects into the harbour whilst on board (including cigarette butts, glassware & bottles). Travellers will be liable to all fines imposed by the regulatory authority
Kindly be reminded the exact location of the vessel cannot be guaranteed due to the heavy traffic and congestion on the harbour or due to any prevailing wind conditions
Australian Cruise Group reserves the right to allocate the booking to the relevant vessel and to substitute the vessel without notice
