Purchase Notice
Rental policy:
1. Please make a deposit to rent furniture as below
- In Store: there will be 2 options for guests
Deposit of personal papers (ID card, driver's license, etc.) and 50% of the rental value
Deposit 100% of the rental value
- Delivery: Pictures of your personal paper and 50% of rental set value (paid directly to the shipper upon delivering the service)
2. Specifications for calculating the rental time: 24 hours from the time of receiving the goods is 1 day
3. Time to receive and return items: From 7am to 9pm daily
(If you rent camping set before 7:00, please pick up the items from the night before)
Reminders
Do not use sunshades, tent covers, insulation mats to eat and drink, if you violate, please pay a fine of 100k cleaning fee upon returning camping set
If there is any damage, loss, or change in the current condition of the rental, please compensate for the cost of repair or repair or 100% of the rental value at the market price.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
