- This activity includes 2 million accident insurance. - Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point on time. Passengers who are more than 30 minutes late will not be able to join the tour or continue the tour, and will not be able to refund or reschedule. Please forgive me.
- Please complete the registration form for the event. The information includes insurance-related personal information, height and weight, so that the company can prepare activity equipment for you.
- SUP has free attributes, and is weak against wind and waves in operation. All experiences must be based on safety. Be sure to listen to the lessons carefully during operation training.
- When the activity is in progress, please follow the instructions of the coach. The company will not take any responsibility for those who do not listen to the advice to leave the team or conduct unsafe behaviors.
- This activity will adjust the sailing distance and experience content in a timely manner according to the conditions and weather factors of the participants of each elevator. Due to the weather, wind and waves, the itinerary is partially adjusted and cannot be used as a refund request.
- During the event, if the voyage is not completed due to sudden changes in weather, safety considerations and personal factors, refunds will not be given.
- If you receive a notification from the company before the departure of the event that the weather is not good and the walrus is not suitable for sailing, you can choose to postpone or refund the fee.
- After arriving at the scene on the day of the event, the on-site team leader and coach judged that the sea conditions were not good or that it was unsuitable for sailing due to safety concerns, and announced that the event was cancelled on the spot. The event can be postponed or refunded after deducting part of the personnel and administrative insurance costs of NT$ 100 per person.

A minimum of 5 boards per tour (one board per person, at least 5 people per tour); when the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, the tour itinerary will be cancelled, and an email notification of tour cancellation will be sent 3 days before departure.
Please wear diving clothing (jellyfish clothing, beach pants, etc...) when participating in SUP activities. If you are afraid of the sun, it is recommended to wear thin long sleeves and thin trousers. It is also recommended to bring a hat, sunscreen, light raincoat, change of clothes, water bottle, towel, warm clothes and personal items ashore.
You must wear a life jacket during the activity, and it is forbidden to take it off. Violators are responsible for their own responsibility.
It is recommended to wear water shoes, rubber shoes, amphibious shoes that cover the heels and toes, or can rent river-tracing shoes for $100 in the add-on option.
If you are prone to seasickness, please take seasickness medicine at your own discretion 30 minutes before the start of the activity.
Those who are short-sighted on the day of the event, and those whose glasses have fallen and safety considerations, please attach a glasses strap to fix it. For those who wear disposable contact lenses, please prepare frog glasses to prevent the glasses from falling and affecting safety.
Please take good care of your belongings. If you lose or fall into the water, you will not be liable for compensation.
Do not engage in water recreational activities after drinking alcoholic beverages.
Please use the activity equipment in accordance with the normal operating procedures. You will be liable for any damage or loss without cause.
If the activity has already started and the pre-departure teaching has been completed, the team has set off, and if the gathering time is over 30 minutes, those who cannot attend or are absent will not be refunded.
During the event, the company will provide accompanying photos, and the company has the right to use the photos in the event and publish them on web pages, communities or advertisements.
