Ask Me Lisboa- Cais do Sodré (Train Station in the City Centre) – from 09.00am -1.00pm | 2.00pm – 5.30pm
Extra fees to be paid on-site:Please note that buses within Sintra are not included, as they are operated by different companies
Know in advance:Temporary update valid from 27 April 2025: The Belém Tower is currently closed for refurbishment works and is expected to remain closed for approximately one year
Remember to redeem your voucher to get your card. Please choose a visit date when booking and collect your card on that date
You can pick up your Lisboa Card at one of the addresses you'll find in the voucher after booking
The card is personal and not transferable. It is not valid unless signed and completed with the date and time at which you will start using the card
No card is needed for infants aged 0-3
Please note that the Lisboa Card doesn't provide free access to the MAAT Museum but a 15% discount
Please be informed that the National Museum of Archaeology is temporarily closed for repairs
The Jerónimos Monastery will be closed on 24 October and 5 December between 09.30 am and 01.00 pm

Validity Period
- The voucher must be used on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
