  • The vehicle is for 1–6 passengers; any additional passenger added on the pickup date will need to book an extra vehicle at guests' own cost
  • This transfer is a 1-way transfer from a Johor hotel to a Singapore hotel; extra hotel stops will be provided if possible at an extra cost
  • Please be at your hotel lobby 15 minutes before your selected pickup time
  • The driver will wait up to 15 minutes from your scheduled pickup time; any additional waiting time will incur a surcharge
    - If you arrive past the confirmed pickup time and donn't contact the driver, the driver will leave and no refund will be issued

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
