- Please do not switch on the device outside of Japan, additional roaming fee may be incurred otherwise
- Please reserve sufficient time for the customs and package pick-up and make sure to check the operating hours
- The WiFi device model and accessories depicted in the image are for illustrative purposes only. Please refer to the actual device and accessories provided at the pick-up location and upon actual delivery.
- If booking for a non-unlimited data plan, it is advisable to disable features such as automatic app updates, video streaming, and cloud photo syncing to avoid excessive data usage.
- If you fail to return the item on the designated return date or need to extend the rental period, please proceed to the KKday website to make the additional payment by credit card. Please also provide the original order number in the order notes to expedite the process.

Reminders
The device is only available for pick-up and return within Country A and cannot be picked up in Country A and returned in Country B. Once the above situation occurs, an international logistics processing fee of NT$1,000 will be incurred.
Please ensure to collect your WiFi device from the counter during service hours with your "Order Confirmation Letter". Refunds will not be possible if the device is not picked up or if you are unable to do so within the service hours due to personal reasons.

The quality of transmission may be influenced by terrain, weather, building obstruction, number of people in use, and location
According to International Fair Use Policy, no refund will be available when your device is throttled or rendered unserviceable in the following cases: Streaming TV/video online in a prolonged period, downloading large files, playing online games, etc.
Should you need to return to your country on a later day due to unforeseen reasons, please contact us directly to make an extension request. Failure to do so within said time without returning the device will be deemed a late return with a penalty.
When using this product, please comply with local laws and refrain from engaging in unlawful activities. If legal issues arise due to improper use, the lessee will be solely responsible for any consequences.
Please disable mobile data roaming before traveling abroad. Failure to do so may result in high roaming charges billed by your contracted telecom provider.
Please do not place the WiFi device or power bank in high temperatures or poorly ventilated environments. Also, try to avoid using the device while charging to prevent any impact on internet quality.
If the device is stolen, lost, damaged due to external forces, or disassembled, the lessee will be responsible for compensating the cost of the device. For more details, please refer to the damage policy.
