- Tour Prohibitions and Restrictions -
- Wheelchairs and strollers cannot be used during the tour
- Please use the equipment and facilities on the boat with care and do not touch the exhibits
- Travelers must comply with the safety rules of the Lamma Fishermen Culture Village
- In the event of uncontrollable special circumstances, such as severe weather, traffic accidents, special maritime traffic control, or vehicle breakdown, resulting in the shortening or cancellation of the itinerary due to the need for extra deployment time, travelers may not object or withdraw for this reason
- Special Weather Arrangements -
- If Typhoon Signal No. 3 or a Red/Black Rainstorm Warning is still in effect at 07:00 on the day of the tour, all morning sessions (10:25 / 11:25 / 12:25 / 13:25) will be cancelled and rescheduled. If the aforementioned warning signals are still in effect at 11:00, all afternoon sessions (14:25 / 15:25 / 16:25) will be cancelled and rescheduled.
- Please provide a daytime and nighttime contact number for communication in case of weather changes

- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
