Depart from Taichung City and explore the must-see sights of Nantou! Head to Qingjing Farm, where lush greenery greets you. Make sure to drop by the Grasslands and Swiss Garden!

At the junction of Xinyi and Renai Townships is Buqaiz Village, the home of the Wujie tribe. It is the place where the Atayal people in the north and the Bunun people in the south fought a ceasefire. It is most famous for the Changhong Suspension Bridge across the Zhuoshui River. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and the large number of wild king sunflowers.

At the Aowanda National Forest Recreation Area, which is the largest natural sweetgum forest in the country, enjoy your time walking and marveling at the landscape. The red maple forest in late autumn always attracts many tourists. In the autumn and winter, the view from the bird-watching platform and the Aowan Suspension Bridge is unmissable!
