- Visiting time is subject to change depending on the number of visitors on-site. It is recommended to book early as prices may vary depending on seasonality, and guided tours during noon tend to sell out quickly
- Please select the correct number of travelers when booking in case of admission decline due to capacity control. This tour entails one-way hiking that forbids travelers from stopping halfway or changing directions
- Please ensure each traveler in your group can finish the hiking tour before booking
- Please ensure the order purchaser's name is identical to the passport name
- No refunds will be granted to travelers who miss the tour due to late arrival or personal reasons
- If your selected time slot is fully booked, we will provide an alternative time slot or cancel your order

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
