In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
In the event of irresistible factors such as traffic jams or poor road conditions, it will not be considered in the time-out range.
After the order is completed, the car will be reserved for the day and will be notified by phone or communication software one day before the experience. Please be sure to pay attention and keep the signal unblocked. If the passenger cannot be contacted, the company reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
Please note that the following behaviors are prohibited in the car: eating, drinking, smoking, applying sunscreen, taking off shoes, kicking the back of the driver's seat, spitting in the window and littering. If you feel unwell, please inform the driver and ask for a vomit bag; if you cannot comply, please do not order. If the items in the car are damaged or dirty, you must compensate according to the price and pay cash on the spot.
