- This activity is all insured. Please follow the coach's instructions during the experience. If you do not follow the coach's instructions, in order to avoid accidents, we have the right to immediately suspend the activity for the safety of both parties and will not refund the fee.
- If the temporary sea conditions on the day of participation are not good, we have the right to cancel the activity before launching for safety. You can choose to postpone the activity (limited to the current year) or refund the fee (100 yuan of insurance and administrative expenses must be deducted).
- If you have already entered the water but are changed due to wind and waves during the activity, the coach may suspend the activity after judgment and allow you to go to the next time to make up the hours. No refund will be given after the activity.
Reminders
A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
