Fair Usage Terms: To ensure that all users can use mobile data services fairly at all times, each telecommunications provider has individual fair use terms to govern fair data usage. When a user uses too much data or reaches fair usage in a short period of time, causing other users to be unable to use it normally, the telecommunications provider can limit the speed, terminate, suspend or change the service quality, and Wifi Egg cannot intervene. When the network is busy (that is, multiple people are using network resources at the same time), your mobile data may be affected intermittently. It will return to normal after the network calms down. Tenant agrees to the Fair Usage Policy and uses the outbound wireless Internet service in a fair manner. If the tenant or a third party uses the service beyond the fair usage of the relevant mobile data service, Wifi Egg will regard it as unfair use by the tenant and will not be responsible for any resulting connection problems.
