The hotel service was generally good, but the breakfast replenishment was rather slow. I liked the sauna; although it wasn't large, it was adequate. During my stay this year, I noticed it was used by quite a few people, but they were probably all club members, so the experience wasn't as comfortable.

My first visit to the Chimei Museum! I arrived around 9 AM, and the weather was overcast—but as soon as I got off the bus, I felt the humid heat of southern Taiwan—so warm! The museum exterior was very clean, and the green lawns looked so inviting! The exhibitions were quite crowded, but thankfully I had made a reservation. Some sections inside were a bit crowded and required queuing, but overall, the experience was great! Highly recommended and worth a visit! We also purchased a family Pharaoh Adventure tour. I saw it on my own first, and then the guided tour was much more enriching and helped me ask questions. Both adults and children found it fascinating!

This day trip to Tainan has made me want to explore Tainan more deeply, since Tainan was once the capital of Taiwan and is a place for historical sites. Anping Fort, Anping Tree House, the British-owned Deer & Co. trading company, and the Sicao Green Tunnel are all great new experiences. If your company continues to offer Tainan day trips, I would consider purchasing them, as some of Tainan's suburbs are really too big and transportation is not very convenient.

A family of four (a second-year junior high student and a fourth-year elementary school student) came together for the challenge, and the entire experience was fantastic. The story flowed smoothly, and the questions were perfectly integrated with the venue. Before we knew it, we had learned about many wonderful exhibits. Both adults and children had a great time! However, it requires a considerable amount of time, at least 3 hours. If it coincides with mealtimes, it can be difficult, so we recommend planning your itinerary carefully beforehand.

As soon as the driver got in the car, he gave a professional introduction to Tainan's attractions and food. The kids had a great time and were fast asleep by 9 p.m. 💤 It's a pity we couldn't go to the Garden Night Market. We'll definitely come back to Tainan next time to make the most of our trip!

The car rental process was quick and smooth, the car was in good condition and clean, the shop staff were friendly and professional, explained things clearly, and the price was reasonable. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience and would definitely rent from them again.

Taking the bus would have been cheaper, but since Taiwan was also experiencing a three-day weekend and expected to be crowded, we opted for convenience and made a reservation. Because my travel companion was Taiwanese, communication with the driver was no problem. At Sun Moon Lake, the driver provided information on sightseeing boat tickets, recommended routes, and even suggested souvenir shops where we could buy items at a slightly cheaper price. The driver drove safely and even checked on us when we needed to use the restroom, allowing us to enjoy the trip with peace of mind.
