It's quite crowded even on weekdays. Cathay Cube Card holders can fast-track (I heard there are queues on holidays). The area isn't large, but it's packed with dinosaurs, almost all of them are moving, and there are text descriptions of each dinosaur. You can use Cathay Tree Points to ride a dinosaur or experience a simulated feeding session. If you're looking for an exhibition, it's definitely high-standard.

The room was clean enough. I booked it based on online reviews, and it didn't disappoint. I'd definitely return to enjoy all the hotel's facilities! It's a bit of a shame I didn't get to dine there this time...

This was my second visit to Beitou Spring's outdoor hot spring. It's a small, urban outdoor hot spring with no time limit, and soaking in it is very comfortable. During the Christmas and New Year holidays, I bought my voucher on Monday, December 29th. I waited at Beitou MRT station at 11:00 AM for the 11:20 AM shuttle bus to the hotel, and also called to reserve a meal for 11:30 AM. When I went to the counter to exchange my meal voucher and hot spring voucher, the hotel staff kindly reminded me to reserve the return shuttle bus first. Then I went to eat. The sashimi was delicious, the hot pot, the steamed egg with shrimp, and the cantaloupe were very sweet. The order of serving the dishes was excellent; one dish was finished before the next one arrived. After eating at 1:00 PM, I strolled back to the Spring Hot Spring bath to exchange my voucher for a basket containing a yukata, slippers, a towel, and a locker key. I brought a water bottle and a cup of coffee to stay hydrated. There were many foreign tourists visiting Taiwan for the holidays, and even on Monday, every pool was packed. Luckily, I came alone, so it was easy to find a spot. Soaking in the hot spring was very comfortable in the cold weather! I got up around 2:30 PM to wash up, arrived at the lobby 10 minutes early to wait, and took the 3:20 PM shuttle bus to walk around the vicinity of Xinbeitou MRT station.

The staff didn't offer any discounts just because I bought a KKDay deal. Especially a gentleman on the fifth floor who forgot his hair tie and went to the counter to ask if they had any. He wasn't impatient at all; instead, he asked me to wait a bit. I could hear him running, as if he was in a hurry to give me the hair tie. I was amazed that such a small thing as a hair tie could warrant such five-star service. This left me with a very good impression of Kagaya. Even if I don't manage to snag a discount in the future, I will definitely choose Kagaya Yuya again. The rooms are very clean and spacious, it's fantastic, and I highly recommend everyone to come and enjoy the hot springs.

Located near the Beitou Museum, the hot spring bathhouse is clean and well-lit. After a relaxing afternoon soak in the hot spring, you can immerse yourself in the tranquil atmosphere of the teahouse. The staff quickly brings out a three-tiered plate of snacks. The savory snacks are served hot and are very delicious!
