Can I pick up and return the car in different locations

Yes, it is possible, but an additional one-way fee may apply. Currently, KKday does not offer online services to add additional drivers. Please register additional drivers at the time of pick-up. Can I drive the rental vehicle to another country or cross borders

If you want to return the car in another country, the search results will display applicable vehicles. If you have already booked and want to confirm whether cross-border travel is allowed, please note: Additional fees may apply, such as taxes and other additional charges, which can be paid at the car rental counter. Some cars may not be allowed to cross borders, depending on the rental location and the selected vehicle type. If you have already booked or picked up the car and want to drive across borders, you can send us an email, and we will discuss your needs with you. Important note: In many cases, to process your cross-border request, it is recommended to provide at least 7 days' notice. This is because we need to contact the supplier to prepare the necessary documents for cross-border travel. In these cases, if you contact us two days before pick-up, the supplier may refuse the cross-border request.
