We specified Duoliang Station and Chulu Ranch as our stops, and the driver arranged the stops along the way. The driver was very good at managing the pace and atmosphere, politely asking if we needed any information about nearby attractions during our trip, and not disturbing us when we needed to rest. Upon arrival at the attractions, he proactively offered to help with photos. The journey was quick and comfortable, although the seven-seater van was a bit small; those in the back row felt a little cramped. However, for the price, it was excellent value for money 👍 Recommended for those traveling to Taitung without renting a car.

The reservation went smoothly, with the staff saying, "You made a reservation through KKDAY." After that, I scanned the QR code and checked in (I had to find out what I wanted to rent, for how long, and scan my driver's license). The staff was happy to help me with anything I didn't understand. Finally, I added them as a friend on LINE, and completed the process. I pasted the mileage before I started driving onto LINE, and did the same when I returned the car. The conversation was in English, but the staff were very kind and polite. Other websites said they wouldn't rent to foreigners, but I didn't have to worry about that with KKDAY.

I thought the shared ride would be awkward, but everyone was very easygoing. Our tour guide, Xiaoxian, was incredibly professional, answered all my questions, and was extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel arranged for us to stay on the 8th floor, which was fantastic. It was quiet, and the windows offered mountain views. The two large beds were incredibly comfortable 😌~ My top choice for accommodation in Taitung.
