This chartered car trip from Tokyo Station to Tokyo Bay Hotel was excellent. The male driver was very punctual and friendly, proactively helping with luggage and attentively attending to passengers' needs during boarding and alighting. The driving was smooth and safe, maintaining a comfortable and quiet environment throughout the journey, allowing the family to move easily without having to drag luggage on public transportation. Overall, the service was thoughtful and considerate, making it a pleasant and reassuring chartered car experience. I would definitely book again if needed in the future and would also recommend it to friends and family.

Easy to book, I needed two child boosters and was able to get a 2nd one for 2000JPY cash to the driver. I was even able to change the pick up location (within the same Disney area) easily. Driver did arrive 15 minutes late but we were not in a rush and I’m not sure if it was because of the pick up location change (which was confirmed the day before but I know things happen). 10/10 recommend
