Mr. Sun drove smoothly, was talkative, and considerate. He reminded us that our ferry time was approaching, confirmed that we had boarded, and cautioned that the second delay might exceed the 10-hour charter period. He also recommended good restaurants near Tsutenkaku Tower.
This was my first time participating in a day trip within Japan. It saved me a lot of time dealing with transportation, the timing was excellent, and the tour leader shared a lot of information. I would definitely join another tour to other attractions next time I come.
I've been to Japan many times but never been to Costco. This time, I finally chartered a car to Costco and go on a shopping spree at the outlet. It felt like I'd completed another challenge on my Japan trip. Costco in Japan is very different from the one in Taiwan, and it's definitely worth making time to explore.
Because we had children with us, there were many unexpected situations, and the itinerary was suddenly changed. However, Zhang Zhang never complained or showed any impatience. In order to let us see the hydrangeas as soon as possible, he drove on roads with less traffic. I hope we can see them again next time.
Unlike ordinary tea shops, this shop in Shanglin promotes tea culture with a simple and unpretentious spirit, making matcha not only a product for sale, but also rich in traditional cultural value.
We booked a private car from Kyoto to Nara and Uni. Our driver was Mr Chang. We highly highly recommend him!! He arrived 20 minutes before reservation time telling us to take our time. He was really thoughtful to drop us off right at the entrances We have 2 young kids so that’s less walking for us. We had 4 hours left and he kindly asked if there’s somewhere else we like to go. Since I want to buy something he drove us to different shopping center just to find it. One of the best decision to hire a private car for our trip.
I would recommend it to friends and family. The tour bus was clean and comfortable, and the tour guide, driver, and tourists cooperated very well throughout the trip.
Today we visited Byodoin Temple and Hoshokan Temple, seeing ancient buildings with a long history, converted from private gardens into Amida Temple, with elegant garden landscapes that were truly captivating. Afterwards, we went to Fushimi Inari Shrine, the head shrine of the Japanese god of wealth, and visited the Thousand Torii Gates ⛩️. Tourists from all over the world flocked there, and the scenes of roadside vendors hawking their wares and tourists buying food reminded me of the splendor of my hometown. Finally, we arrived at Katsuo-ji Temple, a tranquil place filled with the scent of a forest bath. Climbing the stairs still made my heart race. The temple enshrines the Thousand-Armed and Thousand-Eyed Kannon Bodhisattva, reflecting our cultural heritage. Descending the mountain path, we were greeted by towering trees, feeling as if bathed in the blessings of Kannon Bodhisattva, and returned home with a joyful heart. Throughout the trip, our friendly guide, Liao Yuming, provided detailed explanations of the origins of each attraction and the cultural history of the Japanese imperial dynasty. His vivid descriptions enlivened the atmosphere on the bus, and his dedication was commendable, adding even more color to the day's itinerary.
