Although the round trip was over 500 kilometers, the scenery was beautiful and the Wagyu beef was also quite good. A small glass of wine was just right.

This day trip from Kumamoto with my family of three was a wonderful experience. The itinerary was packed with activities, including a visit to Takachiho Gorge, boating, and a ride on the adorable Takachiho Scenic Railway. The scenery at Mount Aso and Kusasenri was spectacular, making the trip absolutely worthwhile. The guide and driver were both professional and courteous, and the vehicle was comfortable. It's truly the perfect choice for families who don't want to drive themselves but still want to visit multiple attractions!
