This was my first time using this service, and my luggage was delivered to the hotel quickly and smoothly. I received email notifications throughout the entire process, which made me feel very reassured. It made my trip much easier, as I didn't have to drag my luggage around. It was really great!

Unsure about the baggage agent service offered by the hotel? Luckily, I have a Line account in Taiwan, so I felt reassured when contacted. In the end, the baggage agent called the hotel to explain.

The price was reasonable, and the service was convenient. Friendly staff at the boarding area were there to assist you. The direct ride from the airport to your hotel felt like having a private car – so convenient! The only minor drawback was that the airport boarding area was a bit far from immigration and involved navigating between different terminals, which made me, someone with a poor sense of direction, a little disoriented on my first trip. The boarding instructions are clearly explained on the website; it's best to save them on your phone beforehand. Since a printed boarding pass is required, I suggest including the same information on the pass as well.

For this family trip, ten of us rented two cars. Both cars were in very good condition, the price was reasonable, and they even provided airport pick-up and drop-off service. Overall, we were very satisfied and would recommend them.

Take bus number 117 and get off at Memorial Park stop. You'll arrive at Churaumi Aquarium.

The space is comfortable for observing the animals, and the place feels spacious. We visited on a weekday, so there weren't too many people, especially in the morning. Unfortunately, the animals seemed to be still asleep 😆, like sloths 😆. There are areas where you can interact with the small creatures, and both adults and children can play and have plenty of time for feeding and interaction. But remember to go early and book in advance! Highly recommended.

The communication process was smooth and timely, the service was attentive, and the car was in excellent condition. 👍
