Overall, the experience was good. The itinerary was well-planned, with good time management—not too rushed, yet still allowing visits to the main attractions. The meeting time and location were clearly marked, making it easy to find the meeting point by following the signs, and the entire process went very smoothly. Jason, who also served as the driver and guide, was very friendly and polite, and his driving skills were excellent, making us feel safe and at ease. He speaks fluent Mandarin, but his English is only so-so. Along the way, he would give brief introductions to some of the places and attractions we passed, and although his explanations weren't extensive, they still helped us gain a better understanding of the local area. One of my favorite parts of the trip was the train ride along the Izu coastline, enjoying the beautiful coastal scenery—a truly unique and unforgettable experience. It's worth noting that when we arrived at the Kawazu riverside area, it was nearing the end of the Kawazu Cherry Blossom Festival, and the cherry blossoms had mostly faded. It's recommended to check the official cherry blossom forecast beforehand to avoid disappointment. Overall, this day tour was well-planned and a pleasant experience. If you want to easily visit Kawazu to see the cherry blossoms without having to plan your own itinerary, this tour group is a good option.
KKDay is so convenient, and it's cheaper than buying it at information centers in Japan. The round-trip fare for the electric shuttle bus alone is over 600 yen, but they even include a round-trip fare for the Nekogami Ropeway, which really saves a lot of money.
