David was one of the best tour guides I've had, and he was really passionate about his work and everything he knew about the Great Ocean Road and the precincts. He was so kind to serve us hot beverages and muffins on a cold winter morning, and took us to secret locations to see some wildlife. He made sure everyone was taken good care of, and the trip was truly memorable.

行程都很棒，在最後企鵝島Toni 還特地附上地圖讓我們了解可以怎麼清楚看到企鵝！ 可惜因為塞車比較晚抵達小火車，沒有排到好位置，不然一切就更完美了，謝謝導遊toni車導辛苦了！來墨爾本一定要來的行程喔！！

導遊 Alfie 是－名能操流利國語及英文的外國人。全程講解均細心用雙語解說。照顧老年團友，去到哪裡也是跟我們進出，又很樂意幫助我們在景點影相，不似其他導遊－到景點就不見人。

船上的服務人員很棒，整體品質值得推薦給朋友們...
