Popular Museums & Art Galleries in Shanghai

This is very disheartening. I booked this attraction for our last night in Shanghai. It took 4 different TAXI rides and was charged 4 times just to end up at the wrong address. We started looking for the place at 7 pm as seen on the taxi ride photos. The admission closes at 9 pm but after 9 pm we still couldn’t get to the location. Very disappointing to waste 2 hrs of precious time on our last night. I posted photos on this review pertaining to the differences between the given pin on the maps on kkday app and the address also written on the app. I asked for refund but instead they told me that I can still use the voucher until the end of the year which is not an option since we are only available for vacation to Shanghai this once and it’s more expensive to book plane and hotel tickets just to get to this attraction. DO NOT BOOK FROM KKDAY. It will ruin your day. Try KLOOK, it’s better.
